Head of Management:-

Mr. R. N. Karmaker, CEO of Alpine Fashions International.

Establishment: 1993,

He is a garments production specialist and had been trained up from Daewoo Corporation, South Korea – in the year 1979-80 under a joint management co-operation between Desh Garments Ltd./Bangladesh and Daewoo Corporation/S.Korea.

List of Factories engaged in production and supply:-

1. Knit Factory – 1 factory, 3-6 lines: Production Capacity: 4,000 Pcs/Line,
2. Woven Factory – 1 factory, 1-2 lines: Production Capacity: 1000 Pcs/line,
3. Sweater Factory – 1 factory, 1-2 lines, Production Capacity: 1000 Pcs/Line.

Technical Team:-

1. Merchandiser – 1 person,
2. Sample Maker – 2 persons,
3. Fabrics Controller – 1 person,
4. Accessories Controller – 1 person,
5. Production Controller – 1 person,
6. Quality Controller – 3 persons,
7. Quality Inspector – 15 persons,
8. Pre-shipment Inspector – 3 persons.

Production Scheduling:-

1. Checking of available and suitable production space in a particular factory(s),
2. Selection of specialized factory for particular production items,
3. Selection of qualified controller and inspectors for particular style in production.
4. Signing of Contract with factory for each and every style with shipment schedule as per L/C.
5. Proceed to follow standard production procedure step by step.
