5. Selection of any new Buyers and to accept orders,
6. Collection of Buyer’s Credibility Profile by the Bank or by other 3^rd party as per banker’s requirement,
7. Order Processing with specialized factory(s) for individual items,
8. If asked by buyers, preparation and processing of Prototype Samples in factory according to confirmed orders and sending to buyer’s at buyer’s cost – for quality and workmanship approval,
9. Receiving of L/C from Buyer’s directly to factory’s bank account or to receive L/C at our company’s bank account and later transfer partly or wholly according to order placed,
10. Follow up of materials (fabrics/accessories) approval by buyers and materials mass production,
11. Follow up of all steps up to pre-production samples approval by Buyers and to execute the instruction in mass production,
12. To employ our Quality Control Team full time in factory at all phases of mass production according to approved samples,
13. To employ Quality Audit Team for random inspection of packed garments at finished product area,
14. Communicating with Buyers for any issues in production – if feel necessary,
15. Report to Buyers when part-shipment or full-shipment has been ready in factory – need Pre-Shipment Inspection,
16. Completion of Pre-shipment Inspection by ourselves or by 3^rd party – as per L/C Terms, when inspection  passed;
17. Final shipment executed to sea-port or to air-port as per L/C instruction.
18. We report to buyer accordingly.
19. We wait for next order and / or repeat order.
