Q-1: What information a Buyer need to send us for a competitive price offer ?

A-1: Honorable Buyers are requested to send us following information against a confirmed order:-

1. An inquiry e-Mail covering following areas:
2. Name of the item, (e.g., Ladies T-shirt, Men’s shirt, Girl’s Tops, etc);
3. Picture of the item,
4. Particular of materials of the item, (e.g., Knit, Cotton Jersey, 140GSM, white / multi-colored );
5. Style description, ( e.g., Long sleeves, woven collar, Rib Cuffs, Straight Bottom, Woven Placket, etc);
6. Size Chart, (e.g., S-M-L-XL with specification points – where to measure, like Chest/Waist/Bottom/Inseam/Outseam/Hip/Thigh….etc);
7. Quantity by Size OR Quantity by Size Ratio, (e.g., 6000Pcs, S-M-L-XL : 1-2-2-1),
8. Payment Terms, (e.g., 100% Letter of Credit OR 100% advance TT),
9. Delivery Time, ( e.g., 4 months after confirmation OR 15-Jul-2017 ),
10. Pre-shipment Inspection Terms, ( e.g., by Alpine, by SGS/ITS, by Buyer’s own authority, etc),
11. Shipping Line ( e.g., Local Carrier Agent Name/Address/Phone, or Shipper’s selected, etc),
12. Any other special instruction..

Q-2: What is our Preferred Payment Terms ?

A-2: Our preferred Payment Terms are:-

• 100% At sight irrevocable L/C,
• 100% advance TT.

Q-3: Can you get a small quantity (sample order) delivery ?

A-3: Yes, possible.

Q-4: Can you visit our factory before order placing ?

A-4: Yes, Possible.

Q-5: What is our procedure to approve Samples prior to undergo mass production ?

A-5: We prepare and deliver following samples to ultimate buyer for approval before undergo into mass production:-

• Approval of Proto-Type Sample on available materials,
• Approval of Style Approval Sample with exact materials,
• Approval of Pre-Production Approval Samples in all sizes covering all colours,
• Approval of Mass Production Samples to continue mass production.

Q-6: What is our Lead Time for Production and Shipment ?

A-6: Lead Time depends of quantity, quality of materials and style of garments under consideration.

(e.g., Men’s Plain T-shirts short sleeves, Cotton 140GSM, S-XL, 35000 Pcs: delivery time 60 days on L/C).

Q-7: What about Decoration (Embroidery/Applique/Printing, etc) and Washing of made up garments ?

A-7: Yes, available and we organize those facility under our own arrangements.
